Things To Remember If You Have A  Cold

1. Drink plenty of fluids, ideally boiled and cooled water

2. Try to avoid ice cold food or drink.

3. Take rest in a well ventilated room.

4. Intake of natural foods rich in Vitamin C like gooseberry / orange is recommended.

5. Avoid taking head bath in cold water.

6. Avoid dusty environment.

7. Avoid severe exertions or hard physical work.

8. Seek medical help if you develop high fever, severe throat pain, cough with chest pain, ear ache, headache or difficulty in breathing.
